Comp Tracker is a shared ledger for auto, property, commercial and life & health production. Producers log applications as submitted, an admin marks them issued, and only issued policies count toward the official numbers — with every edit stamped with who made it.

How it works
A producer logs the application
Line of business, client or policy reference, premium and effective date — plus monthly premium and coverage amount on life and health. The entry lands as Submitted, in yellow.
An admin marks it issued
Once the carrier issues the policy, an admin flips the entry to Issued and it turns green. Optional approval locks issued entries so protected fields can't change unnoticed.
Only issued production counts
Submitted apps stay visible as pipeline, but the official totals, producer rankings and monthly charts are built from issued policies only.

Every change has a name on it
Creates, edits and deletes are recorded with the producer who made them, the timestamp and the exact fields that changed. When a premium figure is questioned at the end of the month, the history page settles it.
