How does the free trial work?
Every new agency gets a 1-day free trial with full access. When the trial ends you will be asked to pick a plan before you can keep using the ledger — your data is never deleted while you decide.
What happens if we go over the producer cap?
Move up to the next plan. Starter covers 3 producers, Growth covers 7, and Agency is unlimited.
How do upgrades and downgrades work?
Upgrades take effect immediately and the prorated remainder for the current period is charged right away. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards, processed securely through Stripe. You can update your card, download invoices or cancel any time from the billing page.
